Barbee Label ships out within 3 days of receiving your payment. All items are packed with care. It is important to Barbee Label that your item reaches you in a timely manner and arrives safely.
U.S. deliveries are via FIRST CLASS MAIL and take 2-6 business days. Shipping includes delivery confirmation.
International deliveries are via FIRST CLASS MAIL. This option is non-trackable, and may take 1-3 weeks.

Barbee Label has no control over the postal office systems once your package is mailed. We don't take any responsibility for stolen, damaged, lost, or late delivery. If you would like to pay insurance on your purchase please contact us under customer service.
International customers may be required to pay customs duty on packages. Please be aware that any applicable customs taxes & duties are the responsibility of the recipient. Barbee Label cannot legally mark packages as a 'gift' to avoid these duties.
- Refund Policy -
We do not allow refunds, only exchanges. All items are inspected before shipping, however if your item is damaged upon delivery please notify us as soon as possible to solve the problem.
Regular Priced Items bought on BARBEELABEL.com will be accepted for a exchange within 20 days of the purchase date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. It must not be worn, altered, damaged, and free of any stains, odors, or distinct smells including perfume. Shipping and handling costs are non refundable. All tags must be attached when returned. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, SWIMWEAR, INTIMATES, AND BODYSUITS ARE FINAL.
